By using our website, products, or services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our website or services or transacting business with us.
This Privacy Policy describes how Enodo Software (“Enodo”) collects and uses the personal information you provide on our website www.enodosoftware.com (the “Site”) or through Enodo’s online software service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.
Collection and Use of Personal Information; Opting Out
We collect the following personal information from you:
- Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number
- Unique Identifiers such as user name, account number, password
As is true of most websites, we automatically gather information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.
We require customers who register to use Enodo’s products or services (collectively, the “Service”) to give us an email address, and upon subscribing, billing information and Salesforce.com organization information. Enodo uses third party electronic payment providers (e.g., PayPal) and so Enodo does not itself collect, have access to, or retain credit card information.
Enodo uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and updates and enhancements made to it, as well as to send information from us regarding our company's or our partners' offerings, such as promotions and events. We also use this information to administer our Site, improve our Service and to communicate with our customers regarding account administration issues. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties except for the purposes described above. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers.
Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, by following the opt out instructions located in the e-mails we may send you, by emailing us at support@enodosoftware.com or by contacting us at any time.
Enodo reserves the right to send its existing customers certain communications relating to the Service as part of our commercial relationship with you, such as service announcements and administrative messages without offering the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to cancel your account as stipulated in the Services Agreement.
Where possible, we will contact you by email, but we may also contact you by telephone or in writing for the purposes listed above.
Testimonials
We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain company or personally identifiable information such as the customer's name. If you want to remove your personal information that is being displayed on our Site under public pages please send your request to support@endosoftware.com.
Information Sharing
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. All billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Enodo uses one or more third-party intermediaries to manage the credit card processing or other forms of electronic payment, which are identified as part of the transaction process. Any such intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose transaction processing, but please note that their privacy policy will apply to any information you provide in the course of such a transaction We encourage you to read that privacy statement before providing your information. Other third parties, such as Users in community forums or blogs, may provide content on the Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Enodo share user information with these parties.
Customers of the Service will use Enodo to analyze, review and store data and information (“Product Data”) from their existing CRM systems. This data remains on the Customer’s Authorized Third Party hosting platform. Enodo does not retain, share, or distribute, any Product Data, except as explicitly provided for support or debug. As described in the Services Agreement, Enodo has no responsibility to this data. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
Our Site offers publicly accessible blogs and community forums accessible to all registered customers. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information (“PII”) as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Site.
The Company does not share, sell, rent, or trade PII with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, for example, to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal information.
